Our workshops aim to provide a well-rounded, immersive experience that helps participants hone their craft and build confidence in singing, acting, dance and audition practice.

Drawing from our diverse backgrounds in each of these specialities, we offer tailored sessions that address both technique and performance. Each workshop concludes with a Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions and gain deeper insights into the professional life of a performer.

Singing Workshops:

Our singing workshops are split into three sessions: Acting Through Song, Singing Technique and Close Harmony. These sessions can be booked individually or as part of our multi-session bundle. Acting-Through-Song

  • Bring your favourite (or most challenging) piece from your repertoire, and let’s work together to explore the character, subtext, and emotional journey of the song.

  • Bring a song from a pre-agreed genre — from golden age to contemporary musical theatre — and let’s dive into its unique style. We’ll explore how to bring the song to life through the lens of its specific genre, enhancing both your performance and understanding of the material.

  • Bring a song by your chosen composer, be it Sondheim or Shwartz, and let’s delve into their distinctive style and storytelling approach. We’ll explore how to interpret their work, uncovering the deeper meaning of the lyrics and how to effectively convey the emotional journey within the song.

Singing Technique

  • Can’t quite hit that high note? Or have questions about maintaining vocal health? Our Technical Singing Workshop helps improve your vocal technique; from breath control and placement, to range and projection. Participants receive personalised feedback on their chosen songs, enhancing their performance and boosting confidence, whether they're beginners or experienced singers.

Close Harmony

  • Our close-harmony singing workshops cover a range of skills, including performance, vocal blend, harmony, articulation, and mic technique. Whether you're looking to refine your skills in an ICCA-style intensive or focusing on post-collegiate a cappella, these sessions are designed to challenge and elevate your vocal abilities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Acting Workshops:

Our acting workshops are split into three sessions: Monologues & Duologues, Acting for Screen & Self Tapes, and Stylised Text (e.g. Shakespeare). Monologues & Duologues

  • Our Monologues and Duologues Workshop helps actors refine their skills through focused practice. We work on your chosen texts to enhance technique, emotional range, and character development, with personalised feedback to boost confidence and creativity. Ideal for both beginners and experienced performers, this workshop is a safe space that fosters growth and prepares you for auditions and performances.

  • Backstage provides a comprehensive and free list of monologue that you can look through! Drama Online is also a paid subscription service that offers access to thousands of play texts and monologues.

Acting For Screen & Self-Tapes

  • Our Acting for Screen and Self-Tapes Workshop teaches essential screen acting techniques and self-taping skills, drawing on our own screen acting experiences and training with Todd Susman. Participants learn to deliver compelling on-camera performances and create professional-quality self-tapes. Perfect for both beginners and those refining audition skills, this workshop offers valuable insights into screen acting.

Stylised text

  • Our Stylised Text Workshop focuses on performing challenging, heightened texts, such as Shakespeare and classical works. Participants learn to navigate complex language, explore rhythm and imagery, and develop the vocal and physical skills to bring these texts to life with clarity and authenticity. This workshop helps actors refine their delivery and deepen their understanding of stylised performance.

  • Shakespeare Monologues is a comprehensive list of all Shakespeare monologues for both men and women.

Audition Simulation & Multi-Session Bundles:

We feel it’s important to provide our students with as much awareness and confidence as possible going into an audition environment. That’s why we provide an Audition Simulation workshop, which can be booked individually or as the final instalment of our Singing bundle.

We offer multi-session bundles for both our Singing and Acting workshops. For Singing, these are designed to develop your Vocal Technique (Session 1) and Acting Through Song skills (Session 2), before culminating in an Audition Simulation and more (Sessions 3+).

For Acting, these are designed to develop your Character Building (Session 1) and Vocal Skills (Session 2), before tackling Monologues & Duologues, Acting for Screen or Stylised Text and more (Sessions 3+).

Audition Simulation

  • Our audition simulation workshops provide a valuable opportunity to hone your audition technique in a supportive environment. You’re welcome to bring in two contrasting songs, a monologue, or set material from a show, and we’ll guide you through the process of performing them as if in an actual audition.

    We are also happy to take a look at your rep folder and give guidance on how to tailor it to you. See examples of the songs to include in your rep folder here.

    This is a great chance to practice not only your performance skills but also how to present yourself with confidence and authenticity.

Singing Bundle

  • We’re excited to offer multi-session bundles designed to help you develop your vocal technique and acting-through-song skills, with a final focus on applying them in an audition simulation setting. These sessions can be booked consecutively or at your preferred pace, tailored to suit your needs.

Acting Bundle

  • We’re excited to offer multi-session bundles that focus on building a character, developing voice work, and culminating in the application of these skills to monologues, duologues, acting for screen, or stylised text. These sessions can be booked consecutively or at your preferred pace, tailored to suit your needs.

Dance Workshops & Bundles

Our Dance workshops are split into separate sessions: Dance Repertoire/Auditions and Style-Specific Dance Workshops (Jazz/MT, Tap). These sessions can be booked individually or as part of our multi-session Dance bundle. Our Dance bundle is designed to develop students’ Technical Dance ability (session 1), put that into practice in any of our Style-Specific sessions (session 2+), all culminating in one of our Dance Rep sessions, which challenge students to learn routines in the same style they would in an audition (session 3+). Dance Repertoire

  • Our experienced Dance teachers, including seasoned West End performers, teach routines from shows they have been in or have learnt the audition routine for. This class incorporates a range of different dance styles and prepares students for dance calls in the industry; both in terms of routine and protocol.

Style-Specific Dance

  • We’re excited to offer various styles of dance in our workshops. Run by our experienced Dance teachers, you can book our MT, Jazz or Tap dance classes now, as we aim to make our students well rounded, highly skilled performers.

Dance Bundle

  • We’re excited to offer multi-session dance bundles that focus on developing basics and technique, improving specific styles, and culminating in the application of these skills to our Dance repertoire class that can be run as an industry-style dance call to simulate the experience they would have in the industry. These sessions can be booked consecutively or at your preferred pace; tailored to suit your needs.
